We will gladly accept returns on non-customized products within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Customized products cannot be returned unless we agree there is a defect in the product.
Unless the product has a defect, the customer is responsible for paying the cost of the shipping back to HipChix. The cost that was incurred of shipping the item to the customer will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
We will exchange non-customized products for another product for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date. Customized products cannot be exchanged unless we agree there is a defect in the product.
Unless the product has a defect, the customer is responsible for paying the cost of the shipping back to HipChix. HipChix will incur the cost of shipping the new product to the customer. If there is a price difference between the original product and the new product, this must be settled before the new product is shipped.
